Unfortunately, ammunition shipments are more complicated than your ordinary shipment. Before ordering ammunition online, you need to think about shipping and the laws that apply in your state. For example, ammunition is considered "dangerous goods" and is specially handled by certain carriers. There are several factors you must consider: Federal and state law, Carrier policy and Receiving licensee policy (if applicable).
Stock inventory will be prepared for shipment within 24 hours-2 business days unless otherwise notified. Shipping info/tracking numbers will be provided to the email address provided on your account.
IF you select local pickup, please contact us ahead of time IF you need it SAME DAY to make sure we have schedule availability.
We exclusively use UPS Ground for shipping marked with the Hazardous Materials Label for Limited Quantity. This means ammunition must be shipped through a Pickup Service or a UPS Customer Center (counters at UPS operational facilities). We prefer dropping off at the Center because the items are scanned immediately for the customer's tracking convenience. We have found if we use the Pickup Service or handoff to a driver they do not scan the package immediately and are because they can be late coming off a route to the service center it has resulted in shipping delays we want to avoid. Our service center is only open 2-6pm Monday- Friday. In the event of an RMA return, the box must return in the same manner, please contact us before preparing shipping.
We offer and recommend purchasing shipping insurance, it may not included in basic shipping see Returns and Refunds Policy. IF there are minors residing at your address, please indicate if any restrictions need to be placed on the signature requiring 21+ signature. Please contact us if the shipping quote is not working properly or seems excessive, these quotes are automated so we are happy to double check them.

IF you live in a rural area we have experienced that an address is undeliverable, if this happens we will contact you by one of the methods provided on your account to make other arrangments.
