BOAZ is not your brick and mortar store, we are a family owned and operated online Ammunition Manufacturer. While our online store is open 24x7, our primary hours of operation are M-F 6-8pm EST. We do invite local shoppers to take advantage of the option to Schedule Curbside Meetup - Local Pickup. When you are notified by email your items are ready for pickup you can Schedule a Pickup Here!

BOAZ AGE RESTRICTIONS: You must be 21 years of age to purchase ammunition from BOAZ in accordance with all state laws that apply. Checkout requires the customer to provide DOB and check the statement verifying they are at least 21 years of age. 

Account Setup and Verification: First time customers must send a photo of their valid photo ID to complete the setup of their account to boazammunition@gmail.com. This ID needs to meet requirements as “clear evidence of the person’s identity and age” meaning either of the following: (a) A valid state driver’s license. (b) A valid state photo identification card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles. To setup a new account we reserve the right to require a LIVE Phone verification so the person identified is present authorizing the ordering. Videos may be accepted with specific verbiage holding the matching photo id. As an extra precaution we also reserve the right to do random ID verifications at our specific discretion prior to shipment. Each time you purchase you will be required to ENTER the Date of Birth in the Age Verification Field in your order screen.

Customers Purchasing Ammunition or Firearm products in the following States, Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey or New York. Please read our "Purchase Restrictions by State" information before making a purchase.

If you select local pickup, you must be preapproved or your order will be placed on hold.

BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDER WITH BOAZ PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR STATE/LOCAL LAWS. When there are no State restrictions all Federal Restrictions apply.

PURCHASE RESTRICTIONS BY STATE

ADDITIONAL: Anyone from the following states must meet the requirements below:

Alaska - No ammunition shipments

California - (Recently Changed will update). Must ship ammunition to an FFL- (Federal Firearms License) FFL info, contact name and phone number REQUIRED.

Connecticut - Must provide one of the following:

• A valid permit to carry a pistol or revolver
• A valid permit to sell at retail a pistol or revolver
• A valid eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver
• A valid long gun eligibility certificate
• A valid ammunition certificate and a legal photo ID that shows the date of birth and photograph.

Hawaii - No ammunition shipments

Illinois - Must provide a copy of FOID (Firearms Owners ID Card) and we ship to the address on the FOID.

Massachusetts - Provide ammunition license

New Jersey - Must provide a copy of FPID Card and we will only ship to the address on the ID.

New York - Must ship to FFL (Federal Firearms License) - FFL info, contact name and phone number REQUIRED.

• Actions (Firearms) - ALL items must be shipped to an FFL. FFL info, contact name and phone number REQUIRED.
• Dealer (Federal Firearms License) for the proper paperwork to be performed when the customer receives the item at the dealer.
• New York SAFE Act requires ammunition sellers to maintain a record of every transaction in New York. The REQUIRED info to purchase is age, occupation and residence of the person buying.

 

Do you ship to all other states?

If your state is not listed specifically, along with corresponding restrictions, we are likely able to ship ammo directly to your door with no additional requirements needed.

Please keep in mind that laws and regulations regarding the sale and shipment of ammunition can change often and quickly. We do our best to stay informed about these legislation changes and keep our customers updated, but it's always a good idea to know your local laws and restrictions.

We ship to the lower 48 states, and do not ship anything out of the USA.

 

FFL Services

Before having an FFL Ship your firearm to us we need info about the shipment. FFL, FFL Contact Number, Buyer Name, Buyer Phone Number. If you have any item shipped to us as an FFL and are unable to provide proper legal proof you are eligible to own a firearm or ammunition we are in no way responsible to provide a refund. The product will remain in our possessions while all negotiations are worked out between the buyer and purchaser.
