State Restrictions

PURCHASE RESTRICTIONS BY STATE

Anyone from the following states must meet the requirements below:

FFL info, contact name and phone number REQUIRED with Account Setup. Also be sure to add their shipping address with Attention: your name and #.

We ship to the lower 48 states unless restricted, and do not ship anything out of the USA. In some states, you must obtain a Firearm Owner’s Identification (FOID) card to possess firearms or ammunition legally.

Alaska

NO DROPSHIP AMMO!

California

Ammo shipments must be sent to an FFL- (Federal Firearms License) unless the recipient has an FFL03 and a Certificate of Eligibility (COE). (SEND INFO NOW)

Connecticut

NO DROPSHIP AMMO! Must ship ammunition to an FFL- (Federal Firearms License)

A copy of FOID is required for ammo purchases (SEND INFO NOW)

Hawaii

NO DROPSHIP AMMO!

Illinois

Must provide a copy of FOID (Firearms Owners ID Card) and valid state id. (SEND INFO NOW)

The ammo will only be shipped to the address on either of these two documents.

Massachusetts

State-Issued ID and FOID are required for ammunition shipments.

New Jersey

Firearms Purchaser Identification Card (FPIC): To legally purchase ammunition in New Jersey, individuals generally need to possess a valid Firearms Purchaser Identification Card

FPIC and state ID are required for ammo purchases. Must provide a copy of FPID Card and we will only ship to the address on the ID. (SEND INFO NOW)

New York

No Drop Ship Ammo. Must ship to FFL (Federal Firearms License)

FFL info, contact name and phone number REQUIRED with Account Setup. (SEND INFO NOW)
Actions (Firearms) - ALL items must be shipped to an FFL. FFL info, contact name and phone number REQUIRED.
Dealer (Federal Firearms License) for the proper paperwork to be performed when the customer receives the item at the dealer.
- New York SAFE Act requires ammunition sellers to maintain a record of every transaction in New York. The REQUIRED info to purchase is age, occupation and residence of the person buying

Rhode Island:

A license is required for the purchase of ammunition; residents must be 21 years or older and possess a valid pistol or revolver safety certificate.

Do you ship to all other states?

If your state is not listed specifically, along with corresponding restrictions, we are likely able to ship ammo directly to your door with no additional requirements.

Please keep in mind that laws and regulations regarding the sale and shipment of ammunition can change often and quickly. We do our best to stay informed about these legislation changes and keep our customers updated, but it's always a good idea to know your local laws and restrictions.

Add FFL Info in Account Setup

Before having us dropship to an FFL we need the FFL Name, FFL Contact Number then we will provide them the Buyer Name and Buyer Phone number provided on your account at the time of purchase. These can be added in your account setup.
