ACH - Use of this option elects us to use the ACH information provided during or prior to checkout of any transactions indicating ACH as payment type. ACH information can be provided by downloading & returning an ACH Form. This form is only available when a customer is logged into the website. (This form is not an online form, it must be printed and returned in an encripted email or by mail).
Download the ACH Form and we recommend you return by secured encrypted email or mail to the address on the form.
All checks must be pre-approved.
