How the our Subscription Works
Our Subscription Program is a free, no-hassle recurring order opportunity designed to make purchasing ammunition more convenient and predictable for our regular shooters.
Budget Friendly. There are no subscription fees. You simply choose the ammunition you want, how much you need, and how often you would like it shipped.
Please note: At this time, the subscription program is available only for the 9mm grain weights manufactured by BOAZ, unless otherwise agreed.
Automated Ordering
Choose an existing BOAZ order or build a new order specifically for your subscription. We will recreate that order according to your preferred schedule—monthly or another custom agreed-upon frequency.
Flexible Ordering & Budgeting
Choose the quantities and shipment frequency that work for your shooting schedule and budget. If market conditions require a significant pricing change, we will notify you so you are aware of the change.
Flexible Billing & Shipping
We know every shooter’s needs are different. Some customers may want smaller recurring shipments, while others may prefer larger orders less frequently to maximize shipping efficiency.
We will work with you to customize your billing and shipping schedule whenever possible.
FAQ How It Works
- Choose your ammunition. Select an existing order or build a new recurring order using eligible BOAZ-manufactured 9mm ammunition.
- Choose your schedule. Tell us how often you would like your order processed and shipped.
- Select your payment method. Complete the recurring ACH authorization or authorize recurring credit card billing during setup.
- Your payment is processed. Your preferred payment method is charged on your scheduled billing date.
- Your invoice is generated. A new invoice is created for each order and sent to you by email.
- Your ammunition ships. Orders will generally ship the same day or on the next available shipping date, based on our processing schedule and UPS business days, Monday–Friday. (see FAQ below for details if your order can not be fulfilled)
We recommend choosing order quantities and shipment frequencies that make the most efficient use of shipping costs, but we are happy to accommodate smaller recurring orders when that better fits your needs.
Our Goal
Subscriptions help BOAZ better anticipate demand, plan component replenishment, and maintain a steadier production schedule.
In return, subscribers have a more consistent ammunition supply without having to remember to place another order before an upcoming match, practice session, or training day.
What to Expect During Setup
During enrollment, you will:
- Choose the BOAZ-manufactured 9mm ammunition and quantities you want.
- Select your preferred billing and shipment frequency.
- Complete an ACH authorization form or authorize recurring credit card billing.
- Choose whether your first shipment should process immediately or on an agreed future date.
We will work with you during setup to customize the recurring order around your needs whenever possible.
What to Expect With Each Shipment
At your scheduled billing interval, your preferred payment method will be charged for your recurring order.
A new invoice will be generated and emailed to you. Your order will then be prepared for shipment according to the agreed schedule and available UPS business shipping days, Monday–Friday.
Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be included with each recurring order as required.
What to Expect With Holds
Need to skip an order? Just let us know.
Because this is designed to be a flexible service, you may request that an upcoming recurring order be placed on hold before it is processed.
We will work with you to resume your regular schedule or establish a new shipment date when you are ready.
Hold requests must be received before the applicable payment and shipment have been processed. ACH transactions may require additional advance notice.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your BOAZ ammunition subscription at any time by notifying us before your next order has been processed for shipment.
For recurring credit card payments, we can generally cancel the recurring authorization the same day, provided the applicable order has not already shipped.
For ACH transactions, please provide at least one business day's notice when possible. ACH transactions may already be processing through the banking system and may not be reversible once initiated.
Once an order has shipped, that shipment is subject to BOAZ's regular shipping, cancellation, and return terms and conditions.
Does this save us on shipping?
No. The way our shipping is configured it takes in account of weight and box size and we use low-weight shipping configurations to keep shipping cheap as possible. We can typically ship up to 3-4 bags in our smaller box and 7-8 in our medium boxes. So it's best to evaluate which number maximized the shipping costs to ultimatly shave pennies off the cost of each round. We recommend shipping insurance but it is not required and it usually $1.00 per each $100.00 of total package value. See our shipping policy for other details.
Does this lock us in a price?
You are in control of your subscription and trust us we don't like price increases any more than you do but sometimes it's unavoidable. We try to find ways to avoid increases but when it must happen know that we will notify you as soon as possible with the details. Since we offer priority to subscriptions, in most cases we would try to let you know the price will change on the next billing cycle whenever possible. IF that is not the case, we reserve the opportunity to put subscriptions on hold until we reach you to make changes in the event of rare unexpected circumstances.
Since the market is always fluctuating, in the event prices decrease, you will take advantage of the best price and if the prices need to be adjusted due to market changes, we will let you know.
What happens when you are low stock or discontinue an item I subscribe to?
We fulfill subscription orders prior to adding online inventory quantities. If we don't have what you subscribe to, we will notify you prior to the billing/shipping date with relevent updates, expected production dates and discuss best options.
You will always have the option to substitute product, pre-order product, Place HOLD or Cancel the subscription.
