BOAZ Ammo hopes to not only provide you with the best quality with top customer service at the most affordable pricing. Instead of offsetting our prices to cover "free shipping", we transparently keep our prices low by offering specific configurations to maintain "real cost" shipping quotes.
We offer Limited Quantity ground shipping or Scheduled Local Pickups.
IF there are special delivery instructions it is your responsibility to add notes to your order using the order comments or ship to address.
Schedule Curbside Pickup - Local Pickup is the free option. You can schedule to pickup during our available pickup hours.

Get A Quote: Our Fixed Shipping is weight based quotes for UPS GROUND shipping. We have strategically configured our shipping to get our customers the most affordable rates. You can add the items to your cart and get a shipping quote on the checkout page.
Delivery Surcharges: Some more remote delivery areas charge Delivery Surcharges. In order to keep shipping costs low for all our customers we pass on any applicable delivery surcharges. If you are shipping to an area you will be notified that has a shipping surcharge applies for future purchases and you can add that cost to your order during checkout.
How Fast does it ship?
Stock inventory will be prepared for shipment in most cases within 2 - 24 business hours, unless otherwise announced on the website as in cases of preorder items. Shipping info/tracking numbers will be notified by email to the address provided on your account. You can also log in to your account and see any notifications or updates about your shipment. We are required to ship ammunition via ground (see What carriers do you use below).
What carriers do you use?
Unfortunately, ammunition shipments are more complicated than your ordinary shipment. Ammunition is considered "dangerous goods" and is only handled by certain carriers with restrictions. UPS is our exclusive carrier and we are required to ship using UPS Ground marked with the Hazardous Materials Label for Limited Quantity. Limited Quantity items must be shipped through a Pickup Service or a UPS Customer Center (counters at UPS operational facility), they closed the center in our region. So we are subscribed to the Driver Convenience Business Route Pickup Service where the driver picks up along his daily route. We have requested a preferred pickup time however we have no control of the pickup time which averages between 10-11am EST most business days. We do our best to get orders placed before 10am prepared and ready to go out same day whenever possible. If orders are after 10am, it will most likely be picked up next business day. We try to keep your order notes updated, so when you are logged in you can view these notes.
Tracking
You will get notification of your tracking number(s) upon shipment preparation. Tracking begins at the time of possession of the packages at the UPS Customer Center not by the possession of the driver. Tracking information will available in your online account with your order information. We have found unfortunately drivers do not scan packages when they pickup, so tracking is typically first available the close of business on the pickup date or the next day. It may also result in the appearance that packages have not been picked up or shipped which is not necessarily the case.
Before they closed our UPS Customer Center for drop off, we preferred this option because they were scanned immediately for the customer's tracking convenience. We have posted requests for this process to be reevaluated.
Returns & RMAs
We hope to never have to deal with returns or RMAs but if there is a need please see Returns and Refunds Policy.
In the event of ANY RMA return, the contents MUST return in the same manner, it is required to have a limited quantity sticker, please contact us before reboxing any return shipment.
ARE OUR PACKAGES INSURED?
According to the UPS website, shipments are covered up to $100 value included in the cost of shipping. We do not purchase additional insurance on shipments unless requested and applicable charges would apply. Feel free to request an insurance quote before your purchase.
REPORT A MISSING OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT CLAIM
We have had few experiences of cases of a missing package and/or damaged packages.
For timely processing, report any damaged or missing shipment immediately upon discovery, and never any further than 90 days after delivery or expected delivery. Photos of damage are always helpful.
For missing shipments, you can file a claim up to 9 months after the delivery date. Be sure to check UPS Tracking notes because they usually specify reference to any alternate location. This is the UPS procedure to process a claim.
UPS instructs us as the Shipper to request a tracer in claims on our Carrier dashboard. UPS allows up to 8 business days to trace a package. IF UPS can't locate your package after the tracer request and closes the claim, file a carrier liability claim. We will work with UPS during review to finalize the claim. We are not responsible for the result of the third-party decision on any claim and do not accept any financial responsibility beyond the package leaving our location.

When there are no State restrictions all Federal Restrictions apply. WHY DID OUR SHIPPING POLICY CHANGE?
As we began our business, we chose to take our shipments to the local drop off center because we learned quickly that with pickups drivers were irregular and not allowed to scan our boxes which could result in days of delay in tracking. If drivers were running late, shipments wouldn't even ship out the same day and we were tracking packages thinking they were lost.
Sadly, today we are forced by UPS to announce that in NOV 2024 with no warning, UPS made the decision to permanently close the local service center where we could drop off limited quantity boxes. We apologize this forces us to abruptly change our shipping policy. Unless your order is placed before 10am (M-F) we can no longer ship same day guaranteed, and even then we are limited to the convenience of availability of the driver in our area. In most cases, this will put us at a day's delay going shipping through their pickup process. Orders will likely be picked up next business day and may NOT be scanned for tracking until late that night or the next day. We greatly apologize for any inconvenience but we want to be transparent you may notice delays but the change was out of our control.
