Pros | Cons |
The video and sound are very good without the need of additional equipment. | You have to leave the camera running to sync and edit from the app which runs down the battery unless you have a backup power source. |
Editing is pretty simple and offers a good amount of basic options. | When the camera gets to the end of the battery life, you can't use the display screen to preview. |
I edited the videos super quick and uploaded our first videos within the first 30 mins. | The zoom is minimal, but is great for wearable footage. Not so good for say a sports game, but it could be used on some level. |
This thing is small and light weight, so easy to keep with you for spontaneous recording or vlogging. | The screen shuts off after like 3 mins in default settings when you are recording. I think I found somewhere to change that. |
It quick connects to easily upload to the most common social media apps like Facebook, YouTube, etc.
The magnetic option allows you to pretty much stick this camera anywhere. The magnetic lanyard that comes with this is great to make it wearable or affix it to non-magnetic surfaces.
It has bluetooth trackability if you are like me and misplace stuff.
The app allows you to Preview Live. |
