Unexpected changes to our shipping policy

"Today, I took our packages to the drop off center that accepts limited quantity (small arms) shipments to find a surprise that prevented shipments going out today." -Rhonda

How will this impact your shipment experience?

We chose to make the trip to the Customer Center to drop off shipments because it allowed us to ship orders the same day of purchase up till 2pm or even 6pm. After much wasted time tracking "lost" packages, we learned that drivers are not allowed to scan the Limited Quantity packages when they do a pickup at our location. So we found the other benefit it added was they instantly scanned the package which provided fast tracking for customer convenience.

So this will impact tracking because with pickups tracking scans don't happen in some cases a delay of 1-2 days, we felt this was unacceptable and had formerly opted to do what we could to offer the fastest shipping experience. Sadly today, that changed, so we just want to be transparent that the delay is not a change we made on our part but was forced by the UPS. We will still do our best to get your packages fulfilled and ready for shipment as fast as possible but we want you to be aware there may be delays in tracking updates.

Tracking may be delayed even though the shipment is on the way.

We can no longer guarantee same day shipping before 10am as the driver is picking up randomly at their convenience around 10am.

We apologize for any inconvenience!
