Unexpected changes to our shipping policy

Today, I took our packages to the drop off center that accepts limited quantity (small arms) shipments to find a surprise that prevented shipments going out today. 

How will this impact your shipment experience?

We chose to make the trip to the Customer Center to drop off shipments because it allowed us to ship orders the same day of purchase up till 2pm or even 6pm. After much wasted time tracking "lost" packages, we learned that drivers are not allowed to scan the Limited Quantity packages when they do a pickup at our location. The tracking scan wouldn't happen in some cases until day 2days after pickup, we felt this was unacceptable and we opted to do what we could to offer the fastest shipping experience. Sadly today, that changed, so we just want to be transparent that the delay is not a change we made intentionally here at BOAZ. We will still do our best to get your packages fulfilled and ready for shipment as fast as possible but we want you to be aware there may be delays in tracking information.
