While we hope you never experience fraud, unfortunately we have—and that’s why we use NoFraud. This partnership allows us to screen payment information and take every reasonable step to protect our customers. It also helps us identify and quickly report fraudulent activity, including suspicious email addresses, IP addresses, phone numbers, and shipping addresses, helping improve security across participating websites.

Order-Related Emails from NoFraud

If you receive an order-related email on our behalf from NoFraud, it will come from one of our official BOAZAmmo.com email addresses or from alert@nofraud.com. The message will reference specific order details that you recognize for a new or open order.

Why was my order canceled?

NoFraud has identified suspicious activity and canceled the order on our behalf. If you believe this was done in error, cancellations can sometimes occur due to incorrect information or when using a gifted or prepaid credit card that is not associated with your personal banking information.

Common Order Errors to Check

  • Ensure the billing address entered matches exactly what your issuing bank has on file

  • Verify the CVV code is entered correctly

  • Confirm the expiration date is valid and not expired

If your bank declines the transaction before it reaches NoFraud for review, please contact your bank directly.

Please note: Visa gift cards and prepaid cards are more likely to be flagged due to billing address mismatches.
