BOAZ Promotional Coupon Terms & FAQs

These terms apply to promotional coupon cards and coupon codes distributed by BOAZ AMMUNITION LLC (“BOAZ”) at sponsored matches, competitions, events, and other promotional activities.

1. Free Promotional Coupons

BOAZ promotional coupons are distributed free of charge. No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required to receive a promotional coupon.

These coupons are promotional discounts. They are not sold and do not represent money paid or deposited by the recipient.

2. Individual Promotional Offers

Each coupon provides a limited promotional offer toward an eligible future BOAZ purchase.

The promotional card or accompanying offer may specify:

Discount amount or percentage
Eligible products
Coupon code
Expiration date
Redemption limitations
Product exclusions
Other promotion-specific restrictions

The specific terms stated on an individual promotional card or offer are incorporated into these Full Terms.

If the terms of a particular promotional card are more specific than these general terms, the terms stated for that particular promotional offer will control.

3. Expiration

The applicable expiration date is displayed on each promotional card or accompanying offer.

Unless otherwise stated, BOAZ Match/Event Promotional Coupons are generally valid for one (1) year from the date of the applicable sponsored match or event.

Coupon codes are programmed to automatically deactivate after their stated expiration date.

Where applicable law requires different treatment, applicable law controls.

4. Eligible Products & Exclusions

Promotional coupons generally apply to eligible BOAZ pistol ammunition and eligible merchandise unless the specific promotional offer states otherwise.

Unless expressly included on the promotional card or offer, the following are excluded from promotional discounts:

Firearms and firearm purchases
Rifle products
Firearm transfer fees
Special Orders
Custom Loads
Sampler Packs
Special Deals
Bulk orders or bulk pricing
Products specifically designated as ineligible for discounts

Additional product-specific exclusions may be identified on applicable product pages or in the individual promotional offer.

Percentage Discounts

Percentage discounts apply to the eligible pre-tax merchandise subtotal only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the promotional discount does not apply to:

Shipping
Handling
Taxes
Firearm transfer fees
Other applicable charges

5. Combining Coupons, Discounts & Promotions

Unless the particular promotional offer expressly states otherwise, promotional coupons cannot be combined or stacked with:

Other coupon codes
TEAM discounts
Sponsorship discounts
Bulk discounts or bulk pricing
Cash-pricing discounts
Special Deals
Special Orders
Sales
Other special promotions

BOAZ may expressly authorize combinations as part of a particular promotion.

Paying With a BOAZ Gift Certificate

A valid BOAZ Gift Certificate may be used as a form of payment toward the remaining balance of an otherwise coupon-eligible transaction.

Using a Gift Certificate to pay for an order is not considered stacking an additional promotional discount.

6. One-Time Use

Unless otherwise stated on the promotional card or offer, BOAZ Match/Event Promotional Coupon codes are limited to one redemption per issued code and/or customer.

Once a one-time-use code has been successfully redeemed, it generally cannot be used again.

Coupon codes may not be sold or transferred for value.

BOAZ reserves the right to reject duplicate, unauthorized, altered, reproduced, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise improperly used promotional codes.

If the intended recipient believes a promotional code was used without authorization, please contact BOAZ. We can review available redemption information and make reasonable efforts to assist the intended recipient.

Replacement or reactivation remains subject to verification and the eligibility requirements and expiration date of the original promotion.

7. No Cash Value

BOAZ promotional coupons are discounts toward qualifying purchases only.

Promotional coupons:

Have no cash value;
Cannot be exchanged for cash;
Cannot be exchanged for store credit; and
Cannot be redeemed without an eligible purchase.

No unused portion of a promotional discount will be paid to the customer in cash.

The foregoing applies except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Purchaser Eligibility & Regulated Products

Receiving or possessing a BOAZ promotional coupon does not establish or guarantee eligibility to purchase, possess, receive, ship, transfer, or pick up ammunition, firearms, or any other regulated product.

Every transaction remains subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including applicable:

Purchaser eligibility requirements
Age requirements
Identification or documentation requirements
Product restrictions
Shipping restrictions
Delivery requirements
Pickup requirements

BOAZ will not complete a transaction where the sale, shipment, transfer, delivery, or pickup would be prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

9. Availability, Errors & Changes

All promotional offers are subject to product availability.

BOAZ may correct errors or cancel or modify a promotional offer where permitted by law.

Any correction, cancellation, or modification will not override rights that cannot legally be waived or modified.

Promotional coupons cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases unless expressly authorized by BOAZ.

How to Redeem Your Coupon

Redeeming your promotional coupon is quick and easy during checkout.

Your coupon code is located on the promotional card you received at the match or event.

During checkout:

Select “Add Coupon.”
Enter the coupon code shown on your card.
Select “Apply.”
Confirm that the appropriate discount appears in your order total before completing your purchase.

If the discount does not appear as expected, please contact BOAZ before completing your purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are coupon codes case-sensitive?

No. BOAZ coupon codes are not case-sensitive.

How will I know if my coupon code worked?

After entering and applying an eligible coupon code during checkout, you should see the applicable discount reflected in your order before completing the purchase.

Your promotional card identifies the specific offer associated with your code.

Always verify that the expected discount appears before submitting your order.

What products can I use my coupon on?

Your promotional card provides the specifics for your particular coupon.

Promotional discounts typically apply to eligible pistol ammunition and eligible merchandise.

Unless your promotional offer specifically states otherwise, rifle products, firearm purchases, firearm transfer fees, Special Orders, Custom Loads, Sampler Packs, Special Deals, bulk orders, and other designated products are excluded.

Can coupons be combined with bulk discounts, promotions, or other coupons?

Generally, no.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, coupon codes cannot be combined with other coupon codes, TEAM discounts, sponsorship discounts, bulk pricing, cash-pricing discounts, Special Deals, Special Orders, sales, or other special promotions.

Can I use my coupon if I'm paying with a BOAZ Gift Certificate?

Yes, provided the items in the transaction are otherwise eligible for the promotional coupon.

BOAZ can review available redemption information associated with the promotional code. If a legitimate promotional code appears to have been used without authorization, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the intended recipient.

How long are BOAZ Match Coupon Cards valid?

The expiration date is printed on each promotional card or stated with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, BOAZ Match/Event Promotional Coupons are generally valid for one (1) year from the date of the applicable sponsored match or event.

Help! My coupon code isn't working.

First, double-check the characters in your promotional code.

We try to avoid using the letter O in promotional codes to reduce confusion. If you see a round character, it will generally be the number 0 (zero).

Also check:

Has the coupon expired?
Is the product eligible for the promotion?
Is another incompatible discount or promotion being applied?
Did you enter the code exactly as provided?
Has the one-time-use code already been redeemed?

Why isn't my coupon working with Sampler Packs?

Sampler Packs are treated as Special Order promotional products and may already include shipping or other special pricing.

Because of this, Sampler Packs are generally not eligible for standard promotional discounts applicable to 9mm ammunition unless the promotional card specifically states that Sampler Packs are included.

If your card specifically includes Sampler Packs and the code is not working, please contact us.

Can I cash out my Promotional Coupon Card?

No.

BOAZ Match/Event Promotional Coupons are distributed free of charge and provide a discount toward an eligible purchase.

They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Who is eligible to use a BOAZ promotional coupon?

Receiving a promotional coupon does not establish eligibility to purchase ammunition or any other regulated product.

The purchaser must satisfy all applicable federal, state, and local requirements governing the particular product and transaction, including applicable age, purchaser, identification, shipping, delivery, and pickup requirements.

Please review the BOAZ Store Terms and Conditions and applicable product restrictions before ordering.

What if the offer on my card is different from these general terms?

The specific offer printed on your promotional card or provided with your promotional code controls the particular discount, expiration date, eligible products, and any special restrictions applicable to that promotion.

These Full Promotional Coupon Terms supplement the terms of the individual promotional offer.

How do I get BOAZ to sponsor a match in my area?

We'd love to hear about your match.

Shipping address
Date sponsorship materials are needed
Expected number of participants
Any other relevant sponsorship information
