BOAZ Full Terms and Conditions

BOAZ AGE RESTRICTIONS: You must be 21 years of age to purchase ammunition from BOAZ in accordance with all state laws that apply. Checkout requires the customer to provide DOB and check the statement verifying they are at least 21 years of age. 

• I attest I am the person legally represented in this account and have provided my legal Date of Birth.
• I understand the account will not be officially approved or active for shipments until I provide a valid license & any state required credentials, this applies to merch as well. This prevents an account being approved/used for ammunition without proper documentation.
• I have legal authorization to use the payment type(s) I provided for the purchases on this account.
  • I will pay any bank/merchant fees associated with chargebacks, bank fees, insufficient funds associated with my purchases.
• The customer agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless BOAZ from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from the customer's purchase, ownership, possession, use of any item purchased or anyone sending an item to BOAZ Ammunition LLC.
• The customer is soley repsonisble for ensuring the possession, ownership, purchase of any item.
• The customer has independently verified the purchase is intended for legal use and complies with customer's state and local jurisdiction.
• Accept any applicable additional charges for items shipped here that are not able to be lawfully obtained. Releasing BOAZ from any finacial obligations.
• Agrees to pay any additional delivery area surcharges as a result of their delivery location when applicable, see shipping.
• We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious transactions, if you have a legit transaction cancel and you feel this is unwarranted please reach out.

See SHIPPING for FULL DETAILS. BOAZ is not your brick and mortar store, we are a family owned and operated Ammunition Manufacturer. While our online store is open 24x7 online, our primary hours of operation are M-F 6-8pm EST. We do invite local shoppers to take advantage of the option to Schedule Curbside Meetup - Local Pickup. When you are notified by email your items are ready for pickup you can click to Schedule a Pickup Here! You have the option to for price advantage uninsured shipping or insured shipping.

SEASONAL WAITLIST NOTICE:
Pre-order status may be temporarily enabled to allow customers to join a waitlist for items that are currently out of stock due to seasonal demand.

The following information below is subject to verification and change as applies to shipping without advance notification. Unfortunately, ammunition shipments are more complicated than your ordinary shipment. BEFORE buying ammunition online, you need to think about State Restrictions. For example, ammunition is considered "dangerous goods" and is specially handled by certain carriers. There are several factors you must consider: Federal and state law, Carrier policy and Receiving licensee policy (if applicable).

FFL Transfer Services Policy

All firearms purchased through non-face-to-face transactions must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

If a firearm or other regulated item is shipped to Boaz Ammunition LLC for transfer, the transferee is responsible for meeting all legal requirements to take possession of the item, including successfully completing any required background check and providing any required identification or documentation.

If you are legally prohibited from receiving the firearm or otherwise fail to complete the transfer, Boaz Ammunition LLC is not responsible for issuing a refund. Any refund, if available, is solely at the discretion of the original seller.

If the seller authorizes the firearm to be returned, the customer is responsible for all applicable return shipping, insurance, and any associated transfer or processing fees.

Until the seller provides written instructions for the disposition of the firearm, the firearm must remain in the possession of Boaz Ammunition LLC in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

To help protect our customers and our business from fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud and to share information related to a transaction—including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, IP addresses, billing and shipping addresses, payment verification information, and order details—with law enforcement agencies, payment processors, fraud prevention providers, financial institutions, and other authorized parties when necessary to prevent fraud, investigate suspicious activity, enforce our policies, or comply with applicable laws.
