When you have a store credit on your account when you are logged in you will see a notification in the left hand upper area of the screen above the SHOP menu bar. Store credits do show on your account if for any reason they do not automatically apply during checkout please let us know while placing the order.

The credit will be automatically calculated in your checkout and applied. You can verify the credit is applied when it displays the amount in the store credit row.
